| 40 | Sugar | |
| 100 | Canned Alphonso mango pulp | |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cardamom powder |
| Few drops saffron color | ||
| Pistachio nuts - for decoration |
Mango balls flavored with cardamom.
Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes
1. Boil milk, sprinkle alum power and add sugar.
2. When it reduces to 1/3 quantity, add mango pulp.
3. When it forms a soft ball consistency, add cardamom powder and color.
4. Cool it make small balls. Decorate with pistachio halves
