Recipe Ingredients

1   Milk
1   Alum powder
40   Sugar
100   Canned Alphonso mango pulp
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCardamom powder
  Few drops saffron color
  Pistachio nuts - for decoration

Recipe Instructions

Mango balls flavored with cardamom.

Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. Boil milk, sprinkle alum power and add sugar.

2. When it reduces to 1/3 quantity, add mango pulp.

3. When it forms a soft ball consistency, add cardamom powder and color.

4. Cool it make small balls. Decorate with pistachio halves
