Ginger-Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Very-finely minced peeled fresh ginger |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Light vegetable oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Toasted sesame oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
Whisk all ingredients together. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
This recipe yields about 1 1/4 cups of vinaigrette.
