Lime Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Buttter |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tomato paste |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cilantro |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely chopped small green chilies |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Cooked potatoes - cubed (large) |
1 | Lime - juice of |
Combine everything in a large skillet except potatoes and lime and fry until the fat separates. Add the potatoes and fry until the potatoes are crisp on the outside. Pour lime juice on top and serve.
