1/2 | Red pepper - deseeded, coarsely chopped | |
20 | Mint leaves - coarsely chopped (large) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Garlic - coarsely chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Fresh ground black pepper | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Blanched - slivered almonds |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dill - chopped, optional |
Blend red pepper, mint, lemon juice, garlic, chili powder, slat and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Add almonds and blend again. Pour into bowl and check seasoning. Add dill if you wish. Serve with Hamburger Kabobs.
