1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chile powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mango powder - (or) |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Thick tamarind pulp |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - very finely chopped (small) |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Mustard oil |
Salt - to taste |
Mix all the ingredients together well, tossing them in the mustard oil.
Serve immediately.
