1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Salted toasted coconut chips |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Salted roasted peanuts |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cashews |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
1 | Cayenne |
Mix all ingredients together in a frying pan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently for 8-10 minutes or until the coconut is yellow and hot.
