3 | Bananas - peeled and sliced (set aside 1 sliced banana for sauce) | |
2 | Oranges - peeled and section | |
4 oz | 113g | Red or green seedless grapes - halved |
3 | Kiwi - peeled and sliced | |
Grated peel and juice of 1 lime | ||
1 | Orange - juice of | |
1/4 | Sugar | |
Freshly ground black pepper to taste |
Place slices of 2 bananas, oranges, grapes and kiwi in a bowl and mix gently. In a blender, process until smooth, slices of 1 banana, orange juice, lime juice and sugar. Add lime peel and pepper to sauce, and pour over fruit. Mix gently. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. This is excellent served with yogurt.
