2 tablespoons | 30ml | Asian Fish Sauce - (Nuoc Mam) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh lime juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar (or to taste) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely minced ginger |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh mint leaves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced cilantro leaves |
Whisk ingredients together at least one hour before serving.
