Dipping Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Asian Fish Sauce - (Nuoc Mam) | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water | 
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh lime juice | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar (or to taste) | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely minced ginger | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh mint leaves | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced cilantro leaves | 
Whisk ingredients together at least one hour before serving.
