Dipping Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Asian Fish Sauce - (Nuoc Mam)
2 tablespoons	30ml	Water
1/3 cup	78ml	Fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons	10ml	Sugar (or to taste)
1 tablespoon	15ml	Finely minced ginger
1 tablespoon	15ml	Minced fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon	15ml	Minced cilantro leaves

Recipe Instructions

Whisk ingredients together at least one hour before serving.
