Hari Hari Yakhni (Green Green Soup)

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlShelled raw peas - coarsely ground
300   Paneer - cubed and fried
250   Tomato - pureed and strained
4 tablespoons 60mlOil or ghee
  Grind Together
3   Onions
1/2   Garlic
1/2   Ginger
3   Green chillies
2 tablespoons 30mlCoriander leaves
12   Cashewnuts
6   Cardamoms
6   Cloves
1 teaspoon 5mlCoriander seeds
  Salt - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Heat oil and fry the ground masala for about 7 minutes. Add tomato puree and fry some more. Add ground peas and keep stirring. Add 2 cups warm water and cook till peas are tender. Before serving add fried paneer cubes.
