Hari Chatni - Green Chutney Recipe - Cooking Index
3 oz | 85g | Fresh cilantro - washed and chopped |
Few sprigs mint leaves - optional | ||
4 | Green chile peppers (small) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garam masala |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Red pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Water |
One lemon - juice of | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Place all ingredients except the lemon juice in electric blender and blend to puree. Add lemon juice and blend again. Store in refrigerator until serving.
