2 cups 474mlFresh tomato juice
1/4 cup 59mlFresh leek juice
1/4 cup 59mlFresh potato juice
1 cup 237mlHalf-and-half
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped basil
  Basil sprigs - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

In a saucepan combine tomato, leek, potato juices. Add 1 cup of half-and-half, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Stir in 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil.

Ladle into serving dish and garnish with fresh basil sprigs.
