2 cups | 474ml | Fresh tomato juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh leek juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh potato juice |
1 cup | 237ml | Half-and-half |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped basil |
Basil sprigs - for garnish |
In a saucepan combine tomato, leek, potato juices. Add 1 cup of half-and-half, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Stir in 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil.
Ladle into serving dish and garnish with fresh basil sprigs.
