Recipe Ingredients

1/2   Cauliflower - cut into medium sized flowerettes
3   Potatoes - cubed
3   Tomatoes - finely chopped
1   Onion finely chopped
1   Ginger
1 teaspoon 5mlRed chilli powder
1 teaspoon 5mlHaldi
1 teaspoon 5mlGaram masala
  Salt to taste
2 tablespoons 30mlGhee
  Sliced green chillies and chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Recipe Instructions

Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done. Garnish and serve hot.
