| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black peppercorns | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cumin seeds | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Coriander seeds | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried red chiles - seeded (small) | 
Using a blender, process all ingredients until finely ground. Store in an airtight jar up to 3 months.
