1 tablespoon | 15ml | Coriander - ground |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cumin - ground |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne pepper - ground |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fennel seeds - ground |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ginger - ground |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cardamom - ground |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cloves - ground |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Nutmeg - ground |
Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Cover and store at room temperature for up to 1 month.
Yield: about 8 Tablespoons
