2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cardamom seeds* |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cloves - whole |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mace or |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Nutmeg - freshly grated |
* -- measure after removing from pods
Roast spices separately and grind in a blender, a coffee grinder or with a mortar and pestle; add grated nutmeg, if used.
