2   Oranges - peeled, segmented, and membrane removed
1   Blood orange - peeled, segmented, and membrane removed
  (or 1 additional regular orange)
1   Lemon - peeled, segmented, and membrane removed
1   Lime - peeled, segmented, and membrane removed
1 teaspoon 5mlChopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon 5mlSeeded and minced serrano chile
2 teaspoons 10mlSeasoned rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
  Kosher salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine the citrus segments in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
