2 | Oranges - peeled, segmented, and membrane removed | |
1 | Blood orange - peeled, segmented, and membrane removed | |

1 | Lemon - peeled, segmented, and membrane removed | |
1 | Lime - peeled, segmented, and membrane removed | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Seeded and minced serrano chile |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Seasoned rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
Kosher salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine the citrus segments in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
