Citrus Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlFruity olive oil
1 tablespoon 15mlSherry vinegar - or to taste
2 teaspoons 10mlSoy sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlPeeled fresh ginger - finely julienned
1   Cayenne pepper
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1 tablespoon 15mlFinely-minced fresh mint
1 1/2 cups 355mlFresh orange sections
1 1/2 cups 355mlFresh grapefruit sections
1   Lime or lemon - peeled, seeded, and sectioned
  Honey - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine the olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, cayenne, salt, pepper and mint in a small bowl and whisk to combine.

Pour over citrus sections and add drops of honey to taste depending on tartness of fruit. Stir gently to combine.
