Fish Or Shrimp Salan

Recipe Ingredients

1   Onion chopped
  Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChili powder
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlHaldi powder
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGaram masala powder
1   Dried methi
2 tablespoons 30mlYogurt
1   Tomato
2   Green chili - up to 3
2 tablespoons 30mlOil - up to 3

Recipe Instructions

Saute the onion in oil until transparent. Add all the spices, tomato and yogurt. Mix well and add the fish pieces. Add a few tbs. of water if necessary. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes. Shrimps take lesser time to cook. Serve with naan or boiled rice.
