1 1/3 cups | 146g / 5.1oz | Coriander seeds |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Cumin seeds |
2 oz | 56g | Dried root ginger |
2 | Peppercorns | |
1 oz | 28g | Cardamom pods |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Fennel seeds |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dried red chiles |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Blades of mace |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Whole cloves |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mustard seeds |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Poppy seeds |
Store in an airtight jar after blending well.
NOTE: A more robust basic blend.
