Curd Marinate for Barbeques Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Tied curds |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped coriander leaves |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic paste |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ginger paste |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed red chillies |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin seeds crushed |
Salt to taste |
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use to marinate vegetables, etc. as
stated in recipe.
Makes 1 1/2 cup marinate.
Mix and refrigerate till required
