Cucumber and Tomato With Lemon Juice Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Medium-sized cucumber | |
1 | Medium-sized tomato | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly ground black pepper - up to 1/4 |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Roasted - ground cumin seeds |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice - up to /2 (1 to 1) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced coriander |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne |
Peel cucumber and dice it finely. Dice tomato as finely as cucumber. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
