Cottage Cheese With Green Pepper

Recipe Ingredients

400   Cottage cheese - (paneer), cubed
1   Capsicum - (green pepper), finely chopped
200   Curd - (or buttermilk)
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt
1 tablespoon 15mlGaram masala
1   Coriander leaves - finely chopped
15   Mint leaves - finely chopped
6   Garlic - finely chopped
  Salt - to taste
  For Garnishing
100   Red cabbage - shredded
1   Lime - sliced

Recipe Instructions

Crush the chopped capsicum, curd, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together until the mixture almost resembles a paste. Marinate the cottage cheese cubes for two hours in this mixture. Grill or bake in a hot oven until soft and done. Serve with lime slices and shredded red cabbage.
