Caramelized Onions

Recipe Ingredients

2 teaspoons	10ml	Onions - sliced (large)
1		Garlic clove - chopped
3 tablespoons	45ml	Olive oil

Recipe Instructions

Caramelize the onions and garlic slowly in the olive oil. Use as a topping for hamburgers or other roast meat sandwiches.
