Cluster Beans Curry (Gori Chikkudukai Koora) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 | Cluster beans | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chile powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black mustard seeds |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Bengal gram dal |
| 1 | Stem curry leaves | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ground coconut |
| Salt - to taste |
1. Chop beans into small pieces. Boil with salt and a little water.
2. Fry mustard seeds, bengal gram dal, and curry leaves. Add beans and chile powder. Stir.
3. Sprinkle with coconut and sugar. Stir until dry.
