Cabbage Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Finely-shredded green cabbage |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Thinly-sliced red bell pepper |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Thinly-sliced red onion |
1/4 cup | 10g / 0.4oz | Finely-sliced basil leaves |
Combine all the ingredients but the salt and pepper. Gently toss and then season to taste with the salt and pepper. This may be prepared a day in advance and kept covered and refrigerated.
