1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Brown rice syrup |
1 cup | 237ml | Boiling water |
3 cups | 330g / 11oz | Grated carrots |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cardamom |
Savor this terrific dessert.
Dissolve brown rice syrup in boiling water. Stir until you get a consistent syrup. Add carrots and stir until the mixture becomes semi-solid. Add cardamom. Refrigerate before serving.
Hints: 1. Add dried fruits for variety. 2. Add 2 teaspoons of chopped cashews and almonds to enhance the flavor (optional).
