Caribbean Curry Saucen Influence

Recipe Ingredients

1   Scallion - chopped
1/4 cup 59mlVegetable oil
2 tablespoons 30mlFlour
1 tablespoon 15mlCurry powder
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround cumin - turmeric, allspice, ginger
  And --
  Black pepper
1/2 cup 118mlCream of coconut
1 1/2 cups 355mlBroth

Recipe Instructions

Brown scallion in oil. Add flour and brown for a minute longer. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Serve hot on grilled fish or meat. Makes about 1 1/4 cup.
