Balsamic Strawberries Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Ripe strawberries - stemmed and halved | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Balsamic vinegar reduction |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Drained and rinsed green peppercorns - slightly crushed |
In a bowl, gently combine all ingredients. Allow to stand, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour before serving.
