Bhurrani Raita (Ginger-Flavored Yogurt) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Yogurt |
| 1 | Garlic | |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Ginger |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red chili powder |
| Salt |
Grind ginger and garlic into a paste. Combine with other ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Serve as an accompaniment to Lamb Biryanis.
