50 | Sev (thin noodles) | |
50 | Coarsely crushed paapri | |
100 | Phuliyan or puffed rice | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chile powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chaat masala |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - very finely chopped (small) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Raw mango - finely chopped |
2 | Green chiles, deseeded, finely chopped | |
2 | Garlic minced | |
1/2 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Coriander leaves - finely chopped |
1 | Lemon - juice of | |
Tamarind chutney | ||
Mint chutney | ||
Salt - to taste |
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well. Adjust the chile powder according to taste.
Serve immediately in individual plates.
