Recipe Ingredients

50   Sev (thin noodles)
50   Coarsely crushed paapri
100   Phuliyan or puffed rice
1 teaspoon 5mlChile powder
1 teaspoon 5mlChaat masala
1 teaspoon 5mlOnion - very finely chopped (small)
2 tablespoons 30mlRaw mango - finely chopped
2   Green chiles, deseeded, finely chopped
2   Garlic minced
1/2 cup 20g / 0.7ozCoriander leaves - finely chopped
1   Lemon - juice of
  Tamarind chutney
  Mint chutney
  Salt - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well. Adjust the chile powder according to taste.

Serve immediately in individual plates.
