Beef Tikka Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 | Beef - cubed | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Unripe papaya - (ground) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger paste |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic paste |
Salt to taste | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Yogurt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chile powder or 1 tbs chopped green chile |
Mix together all the spices and yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.
Then grill over charcoal.
