| 1 | Banana peels - (to 2) | |
| 500 | Curds | |
| 2 | Ripe bananas | |
| Rock salt - to taste | ||
| Artificial sweetener or sugar - to taste | ||
| Coriander leaves - finely chopped | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chilli powder | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Jeera powder | 
Boil the washed banana peels in a little water in an open pan. Chop these finely. Chop the bananas. Churn curds. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and serve cold.
