Banana Peel Raita

Recipe Ingredients

1   Banana peels - (to 2)
500   Curds
2   Ripe bananas
  Rock salt - to taste
  Artificial sweetener or sugar - to taste
  Coriander leaves - finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChilli powder
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlJeera powder

Recipe Instructions

Boil the washed banana peels in a little water in an open pan. Chop these finely. Chop the bananas. Churn curds. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and serve cold.
