1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |

Crisp snack, popular in Bombay and Gujrat (Western India). Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Makes 25 puris. Mix the flour, oil and salt. Add water and prepare a stiff dough. Knead well.
Divide the dough into 25 portions. Roll out into thin rounds and prick with a fork. Arrange the rounds on a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven at 350F for 10 minutes.
