2 | Sized potato peeled and cut into small - up to 3 (medium) pieces | |
1 | Garlic clove chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Zeera |
2 | Red chiles | |
Salt to taste | ||
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Haldi powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Methi seeds |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tomato - chopped (medium) |
In oil fry the pieces of garlic till they start to turn brown. Add zeera and red chili. When brown add the chopped tomato and rest of the spices. When soft add the potato. When the potatoes are half done add methi and cook till water dries. Cook throughout on low heat.
