Yucatan Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Ancho chili powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pasilla chili powder |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
In a food processor combine all ingredients except the oil. Process for 30 seconds.
Then, with the motor running, add the oil in a slow stream. Process until the mixture is emulsified.
This recipe yields about 1 cup of marinade.
