Venison Shish Kabob

Recipe Ingredients

  Shish Kabob
5 lbs 2270g / 80ozVenison - cut in large chunks
6   Onion - quartered
10   Jalapeno chile pepper - cut in half. Seeded
4   Green pepper - large sliced
  Marinade
1/2 cup 118mlSoy sauce
1/2 cup 118mlCooking oil
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlGround ginger
1 teaspoon 5mlDry mustard
1 tablespoon 15mlGarlic powder
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCayenne pepper - ground

Recipe Instructions

Marinate meat for at least 4 hours.

Alternately place vegetables and meat on Ka-Bob skewers. Marinate in sauce above. Cook on open grill over hot coals turning often until done. Note: Make sure to have enough!

I sometimes add slices of jalapenos for a extra kick...
