Turkey Breast With Tropical Fruit Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

6   Turkey breast slices - about
1 lb 454g / 16oz-- up to 1/2
  Tropical Fruit Salsa
17 oz 483gMango slices; drain - cubed
1 cup 237mlStrawberries - sliced
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozKiwi - diced
3 tablespoons 45mlRed onion - finely chopped
3 tablespoons 45mlFresh lime juice
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated lime peel
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGinger

Recipe Instructions

In medium bowl, gently combine all salsa ingredients. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Heat grill. When ready to cook, oil grill rack.

Place turkey on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill, 4-6" from medium coals.

Cook 8-10 minutes or until mo longer pink, turning once.

Serve with salsa.
