Tri Tip Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Beef tri-tip |
Marinade | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Dark Mexican beer |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Basic vinaigrette |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Soy sauce |
4 | Chile tepin peppers | |
3 | Garlic minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dark brown sugar |
1/2 | White onion - diced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White vinegar |
Whisk all ingredients together well.
Place tri-tip in a glass baking dish and cover with marinade.
Marinate for at least 4 hours, better overnight.
Grill to desired degree of doneness.
