Teriyaki Grilling Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2/3 cup | 157ml | Soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic - minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry - ground mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground ginger |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion - minced |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Molasses |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
Put soy in a small bowl. Whisk in ground mustard, ginger, garlic and onion.
Add molasses and stir well. Finally, add olive oil mix well.
Immediately place one half in bottom of a marinating pan. Add meat.
Cover with remaining marinade. Cover. Refrigerate. Turn 4 times in 24 hours.
