Tea Smoked Chicken Breast Recipe - Cooking Index
Strong Tea Smoking Mixture | ||
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Long-grain rice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Loose black tea |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar |
2 | Boneless chicken breasts | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Combine salt and sugar in a bowl. Rub into the chicken. Cover a refrigerate overnight. Smoke for 30 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or cold.
