1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Boneless beef sirloin steak OR boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into 1-inch pieces |

Vegetables - (peppers, cherry | ||
Tomatoes - and zucchini) |
Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers.
Marinate 1/2 hour in marinade of your choice.
Place kabobs on grill over medium-high coals: brush with additional marinade.
GRILL 10 to 15 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Makes 6 servings.
