Spicy Yogurt Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurt |
1 | Cucumber - peeled and chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic - crushed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Coriander seed - crushed |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Red pepper - crushed |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Red onion - minced |
In small bowl, stir together plain yogurt, cucumber, crushed garlic, crushed coriander seed, minced red onion and crushed red pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
