Soy and Wasabi Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Japanese soy sauce |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Water |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Japanese mirin |
Fresh ground black pepper | ||
1 | Knob fresh ginger root - finely sliced (large) | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Hot "NAMIDA" Wasabi Paste |
Fresh lemon juice from one lemon | ||
Fresh cilantro leaves |
Mix first 8 ingredients together for marinade.
Adjust quantities of first 3 ingredients so that marinade will cover item(s) to be marinated.
Serving Ideas : Use as a marinade with steamed mussels, salmon or other fish.
