Shish Kabob Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Oil |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic salt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper |
Mix ingredients together in a large container and marinade Shish kabob ingredients for a minimum of 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator.
Turn occasionally to ensure that the liquid is distributed throughout.
Use onions, fresh mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, beef cubes, etc.
