Savory Island Fajitas

Recipe Ingredients

1   Dole pineapple juice - (6-oz)
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozFlank steak
2   Green - red or yellow bell peppers,, cut in
1   Red onion - sliced (large)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozMonterey Jack cheese - , shredded
4   Flour tortillas

Recipe Instructions

Pour pineapple juice over flank steak in non-metallic dish. Cover; marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator. Discard marinade.

Grill or broil steak with peppers, onion for 15 minutes for medium rare or until vegetables are tender. Divide steak and vegetables and cheese among 4 (8 inch) flour tortilla. Roll up.
