Rosemary-Garlic Asian Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh rosemary - remove stems |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic, fresh |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Plum wine |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Corn starch |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
Remove stems from the fresh rosemary and combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
Marinate any good beef steak beef, London Broil or tri-tip or pork tenderloin for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
Grill direct over medium coals until internal temperature reaches 145F.
Remove from grill and slice.
