Pineapple Grill Glaze Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 oz | 85g | Pineapple juice - frozen |
| Concentrate | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange marmalade |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | A-1 steak sauce |
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to boiling.
Use to baste poultry or pork, last 10 minutes of grilling.
