Peanut-Chipotle Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | New Mexico style grill sauce - see * note |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Smooth peanut butter |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Rice wine vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Pureed canned chipotles |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Honey |

Combine the grill sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, pureed chipotles and the honey. Mix well and reserve.
