Peach Chutney Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Peaches - coarsely chopped (large) | |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Raisins |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Packed brown sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Crystallized ginger - chopped | |
1 | Garlic - finely | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Mix all ingredients in 2-quart microwavable casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes stirring after 5 minutes, until peaches are transparent and chutney is syrupy.
Refrigerate until chilled. Store in re-refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
