Paul's Burgers On The Grill Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Ketchup |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - finely chopped |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
4 | Hamburger buns - split | |
Lettuce leaves and tomato | ||

Combine the first six ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Shape into four patties.
Grill over medium coals for 4-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
Serve on buns; top with lettuce and tomato if desired.
